Neighbors who know each other, and who I see on my porch every Halloween. Fire pit nights in summer. Coffee on the deck as the sunrise comes up. And decorating my ten-foot Christmas tree each December while the snow falls outside. This is a genuinely special place to live, and I hope the next owners love it as much as I have.
